Full ownership of all quality related activities within the business, including the #AS9100D QMS. Defining clear structures & goals to aid the company in the pursuit of #ZeroDefects. Internal audits and performance review relative to KPIs & CoPQ metrics. Reporting to the directors.
Quality / Metrology Engineer > £33k – £40k
CMM & metrology programming, oversee gauge control & calibration systems, NPI QC methodology development, FAIRs & PPAPs, production first off control. Reporting to the QM. Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence PC-DMIS experience is desirable, familiarity with HighQA software would be beneficial, neither is a pre-requisite, training available.
Centreless Grinding Cell Leader > £32k – £37k
Responsible for the production yield & quality performance of the centreless grinding section, all product finished to sub-2micron geometric tolerances, providing training to new setters & operators. Significant prior experience setting & operating centreless grinding machines is required. Reporting to production supervisor.
Rates of pay subject to; skills, experience, suitability to the role, etc.
